Look into babyfat or ultrababyfat, Michelle's old band/s. Also Luigi has a cd before this one. And to plug myself, look into the Half Ass Family Band later this fall.
went to see sufjan last night and met my new crush: my brightest diamond. the show was pretty darned amazing. makes me pine for the college days back in nc, constantly going to shows both local and many states away and sharing some unforgettably spontaneous (read: insane) experiences with friends. man, we're getting old. hope you were there last night to witness it.
also, hope you saw will on conan tuesday night. he's still a freak. i got it on tivo if you missed it.

Yes, we are getting old. I didn't make it to the show (I'm out of town) and I missed Will, too. Don't erase it, 'k? We need to catch up. Are you going to make it to any of the Paste shows this weekend?
we'll be at the sunday shows. you should come over to the house before the shows. we'll watch will on tivo, you can see how grown up thea's gotten, we can have a few drinks and catch up. give me a call.
FYI, Michelle's sweet too. Luigi plays out pretty often, so you can catch 'em in town. Good folks. Their drummer also plays with Georgia Fireflies sometimes (though on random instruments [spoons, washboard, foot stomps, whatever], and not on drums).
