The Battle Of Atlanta
Turns out, this weekend is the 142nd anniversary of the Civil War battle for the South's crown jewel. Some people are celebrating.

Few people recognize that Atlanta is the only major American city ever to be destroyed by war. Even fewer, apparently, realize that if you move here from 'up north' only to complain about what the city is lacking compared to where you came from, you just need to go the fuck home.
